Every service. Every price. No fishing.
If a service isn't priced here, that means it's either custom-quoted after a consult or it isn't something I do. Tell me what you need on the 20-minute call and I'll be specific.
TCB Counsel subscription.
Built for small business owners and operators who want a lawyer on speed dial without the open-ended billing. Cancel any time. No annual contract. Most clients use it for two or three calls a month and the contract review pays for itself the first time you avoid signing something dumb.

The flat-fee menu.
"Market" is what the other firms in north Mississippi are charging for the same work, in my experience.
When flat fee doesn't fit.
Multi-day jury trials. Federal criminal defense. Class actions. Securities disputes. Things I either don't do or wouldn't price flat. If you bring me one of these on the call, I'll tell you that and refer you to someone who does that work well.
The fee, then the filings.
Flat fee covers my work. Hard costs — filing fees, USPTO fees, court costs, recording fees, certified mail — are passed through at cost and disclosed before I incur them. No 3× markup on a $50 filing fee.
Uncontested only.
Flat-fee pricing applies to uncontested or agreed matters only. Court appearances, contested litigation, and hearings are quoted separately. Mississippi only. If your matter becomes contested mid-engagement, we re-scope honestly — you're never on the hook for surprise hourly billing.
Pick something off the menu.
Or tell me what you need that isn't on it. I'll quote it on the first call or tell you it's not my lane.
